Born and raised on the north shore of Massachusetts and currently living in Washington D.C., Adam Dexter is a full time student at the American University. He is also a photographer/designer/coder/entrepreneur/music-junkie and socialite just trying to get by and make a living while he finishes school. You can view his work by visiting the links on this site.
Adam gets his inspiration from the world around him and the everyday lives of others. He is also intrigued by the sometimes hidden, unknown, obscure and/or obscene transformation the world makes when the sun goes down. Some of his creativity is also spawned from photographers that have influenced him over the years, contemporaries and masters alike, namely, members of the "New York School" such as David Vestal, Robert Frank, Diane Arbus, Bruce Davidson and William Klein. Also, photographers, Patrick Hoelck, Jill Greenberg, Horace Bristol and Ansel Adams.
Adam is available for assignments in the DC and MA areas. Please contact Adam for schedule and availability at (617) 791-1005 or email him at adphotonet@mac.com.
